FEMA tapeworm plans not to evacuate New Orleans

I shit you not.
I was curious about what our friends to the south thought of our hurricane troubles up here. So I was looking at this article. However, I was having a lot of trouble reading it, since it was in Spanish. No problemo, Google to the rescue.

Well at least we have a plan for dealing with all that dirty water I keep hearing about.

Perhaps, our brothers to the south are more insightful than we give them credit for...
